The Eco Innovation Centre (EIC) Peterborough is part of a network of Innovation Centres spread across the East of England. The EIC has been established to offer specialised support to the fast-growing Environment Goods & Services (EGS) sector both in Peterborough and across the East of England.

Specifically, it aims to:

• Provide flexible space to grow your business
• Support innovation, enterprise & entrepreneurship
• Enable networking between businesses & other innovative & technological organisations

The project to establish the Centre was formed as a partnership between EEDA, PCC, CSEng, UKCEED and was led by the urban redevelopment company, Opportunity Peterborough. Anchor Tenants include the Centre for Sustainable Engineering (CSEng), the UK Centre for Economic and Environmental Development (UKCEED) as well as Renewables East. CSEng operates the facility, providing specialist advice in the form of surgeries and connecting clients to existing support networks locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Advice ranges from how to set up a business to sources of financing, guidance for patenting ideas, sanity-checks for commercial applications and routes to market. CSEng has extensive experience in this field.

About The EIC

Looking for a prestigious, well appointed venue for your seminars, interviews, meetings or training courses?

Set within the calming interior of The Peterborough Eco Innovation Centre offers "Board style" conference rooms for 20 people, Theatre style presentation rooms for up to 45 or Executive style conference rooms for meetings suitable for up to four, six and 12 attendees. Our fully serviced reception ensures that your attendee's are welcomed into the centre and provides ongoing access in and out of the Centre.

All Room Hire costs include Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Chilled water, additional catering from sandwiches to executive buffets can be arranged. Our Meeting rooms are costed by the hour to ensure maximum flexibility.

We'll also provide any office audio-visual devices, flip charts / white boards you require - in addition to providing full a full secretarial service to ensure that your meeting runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. And remember, our on-site business team is available to provide you with any support you may require prior to, during or after your meeting.
